Mat Work

Its sleek wooden rowing machines, which generate resistance using water, are famously beautiful. But the intense workout is the real draw: You’ll alternate all-outs with circuits of leg, arm, and core moves on your mat. Expect sore muscles and sky-high endorphins at this phenom rowing studio.

TOTAL BODY

Rowing works 86% of your muscles for a true full-body workout. We pair rowing with floor  exercises for a high-intensity, low-impact workout that builds strength and endurance without straining your joints. You’ll find muscles you didn’t know you had!

RESULTS TODAY, BODY FOR LIFE

CITYROW Phoenix is a heart pounding workout that doesn’t pound your joints. We teach proper form, and design our workouts to optimize your performance while reducing the risk of injury so you can keep crushing meters for years to come.

FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS

CITYROW Phoenix is a workout that works for all body types, sizes, and fitness levels. This is a place for you to find strength, community and results. We know the feeling of setting a goal and conquering it, and we want you to feel that whenever you’re with us. It’s time to push yourself, and go further.

CLASS VARIETY

Every CITYROW class is different and dynamic. We also offer a variety of class types: from our Signature HIIT class, to Strength and Cardio+Core, we give you options so you never get bored!
