Wear fitted, comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. You WILL break a sweat! Hydration is key, so either plan to buy a water at our front desk or bring your own water or water bottle. We have a water cooler in the studio.

Our studio has digital lockers and bathrooms.

Fundamentals is not a pre-requisite, but it is great for newbies as well as return clients who want a more detailed introduction to the CITYROW class format and deeper instruction on proper form. The class moves a little slower than a signature CITYROW class, but you’ll still break a sweat!

New clients must be checked in and sitting on their rower at class start time. Otherwise, we will kindly ask you to rebook. Returning clients may enter class up to 5 minutes late, but please call the studio at [studio phone number] so that we can hold your spot. If there is a waitlist, we will release unclaimed spots 5 minutes before class start time unless you have called to confirm that you’re coming.

You can cancel up until 12 hours prior to class without penalty. Our space is limited, so we want to be sure to offer your spot to someone else if you cannot make it. Cancellations less than 12 hours before class or no shows will lose the class credit. Unlimited Members will be charged a late cancel fee.

We sell both physical and digital gift cards. Our studio team would be happy to help you give the gift of sweat – just give us a call or stop by!

No problem! You are welcome to add your name to our waitlist. If you are moved from the waitlist prior to the start of class, we will send you a confirmation email. If you are on the waitlist and arrive early to see if spots open up, we operate on a first come, first serve basis. You can always call the studio before the start of class to see if rowers are available!

We welcome teens so long as they are at least 13 years old and at least 5 ft tall and 95 lbs. A parent must sign a waiver. 13-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult; clients 16 years and older may take class without accompaniment.
